This type of massage uses firm pressure to release the deeper layers of the muscle and fascia. It can help to improve posture and release chronic tension in the muscles.
Therapeutic Massage
It is a combination of deep tissue, trigger point work, neuromuscular therapy, sports massage and Swedish to release tight muscles and for circulation.
Swedish Massage
Swedish massage is a lighter pressure using long and gliding strokes to promote circulation and ease tension in the muscles. Great for relaxation and stress reduction.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping therapy is used to loosen tight muscles. It is also great for breaking up adhesions, post-surgical scars and for myofascial work.
