Reiki, pronounced “Ray-key”, is a Japanese hands-on healing technique that is wonderful for stress reduction and relaxation. The session begins lying down. The client is fully clothed during the treatment while the practitioner then uses a series of hand placements on the body to balance and restore the client’s energy field. It is a very relaxing and enjoyable experience!
